There are no words to adequately describe how grateful and indebted I am to Dr. Courtney Arianne Washington for helping me live a better, more confident life. After a lifetime of being afraid of food, and hiding in many ways due to body dysmorphia (a mental health condition in which a person is preoccupied with flaws in their appearance), after just two sessions, Dr. Washington explained to me the effect of food on my body. I now understand how much protein my body should have, and the impact of sugar, carbs, protein on my body. Now that I understand food more, I nourish my body consciously with lean protein, the right amount of carbs and plenty of water. With following her guidance, I didn't need to do any of the GLP-1 weight loss drugs, although she had them available if I needed them. I lost 12 lbs very rapidly (3 weeks), and have 8 more to go, and am confident with her support, knowledge, and guidance that I will reach and maybe even exceed my goal. I can’t recommend Dr. Washinton enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but what stood out to me most was how genuinely she listens. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that she truly cares about her patients. I really appreciate her whole-person approach to medicine. Rather than focusing on just one issue, she takes the time to look at the bigger picture and treats the patient as a whole. I recently did a 6 once a week sessions of Emsculpt Neo. I enjoyed my time at Fleur De Lis Aesthetics, Ms. Shirley made getting my treatments feel like a fun pleasant social hour with lots of laughs. The results of the treatment weren’t quite as dramatic as I was hoping but I definitely saw results and I’m glad I considered this as an alternative to surgery. I will definitely be back again for another treatment sometime.
